Dr. Hocine ZAKARIA
The Vice Rector of External Relations, Animation and Scientific Events, is in charge of:
- Promoting relations between the university and its socioeconomic environment and initiating partnership programs;
- Initiating any action to promote inter-university exchanges and cooperation in the field of learning and research;
- Carrying out any activity of animation and communication
- Organizing and promoting scientific events;
- Ensuring the follow-up and coherence of teachers professional development and recycling programs
It is composed of the following departments:
- The Department of inter-university exchanges and cooperation
- The Department of animation and scientific events.
