The university director, Professor Khaled Rouaski, supervised today, Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at the headquarters of the university presidency in Dely Ibrahim, the installation of the pedagogical support cell responsible for the training of newly hired professors. This cell is chaired by Professor Salem Berkouk and includes members from various faculties and the institute of the university. Professor Khaled Rouaski stated in his speech to the members of the cell that the university administration has provided all the material and human resources necessary to enable the cell to perform its tasks optimally. He called for speeding up the start of the teacher training process, developing the programs and schedule associated with it, emphasizing the importance of achieving the training process for the desired objectives, serving the university, and enhancing its position. On his part, the vice-director of the university in charge of pedagogy, Professor Abdelhamid Hassiani, called on the members of the cell to develop internal regulations and submit all necessary recommendations to the administration regarding the training process. It is worth noting that the training process for newly hired professors will start at the end of this month and will involve 151 professors, continuing until the current academic year 2023/2024.
