The Director of the University of Algiers 3, Professor Khaled Rouaski, supervised on Monday, December 11, 2023, the opening of the International Conference on the Impact of Information Technology on the Efficiency Level of Financial Markets in the Context of Current Crises, organized by the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences in collaboration with the Globalization and Economic Policies Laboratory and the Governance and Modernization of Public Management Laboratory, in the presence of professors from foreign and national universities.
In his opening speech of the conference, the director of the university thanked the organizers of this conference which comes in a context of major economic transformations , in particular regarding the major impact of information technology on the efficiency level of financial markets. The director of the university stressed the importance of the role of scientific research in improving the visibility of the university and the commitment of the University of Algiers 3 to value the outputs of scientific research and to encourage teachers through university laboratories and research teams to organize scientific events in line with the national program for scientific research and technological development.
The director of the university added that there will be major projects that will be implemented by the university during this academic year, in accordance with the ambitions of the reform strategy of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Kamell Beddari, in particular in terms of establishing an innovative, creative university open to its external environment.
It should be noted that the program of the international conference includes many sessions and workshops with the participation of teachers from foreign and national universities as well as university students from all cycles, and the colloquium is expected to lead to important scientific recommendations.
