The president of the University of Algiers 3, Professor Khaled Rouaski, received on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, members of the wilaya office of the National Student Renewal Alliance AREN, as part of a series of consultation meetings with various student organizations approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
In his welcome speech, the president affirmed that students are the foundation of the university and that the university administration is at their service at all levels, specifying that these consultation meetings aim to find solutions to all student demands and concerns.
The members of the organization then presented in detail all of their demands, concerns and proposals regarding educational issues such as registration for a second bachelor’s degree and second master’s degree, university transfers, repeated changes to the schedule, digitization, business incubator, internships abroad. The board members also discussed issues such as cleanliness, heating, mosque, organization of sports tournaments and other matters.
After the interventions of vice-presidents and deans of faculties, the president extensively responded to all the organization’s demands, providing explanations and solutions, inviting the students of the National Student Renewal Alliance to contribute effectively to the realization of the ambitions of the University of Algiers 3, particularly the strengthening of its ranking at national and international levels.
