In the presence of the President of the University of Algiers 3, Professor Khaled Rouaski, the community of the University of Algiers 3 commemorated this Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in front of the memorial erected in memory of Student Day on May 19 located at the main entrance of the university in Dely Ibrahim, the National Day of Emigration under the slogan “Emigration Day… immortalizing memory and strengthening belonging”, by observing a minute of silence in memory of the martyrs of the October 17, 1961 massacres that occurred in the French capital Paris.
