On Tuesday afternoon , October 17, 2023, at the university’s headquarters in Dely Ibrahim, the President of the University of Algiers 3, Professor Khaled Rouaski, received representatives of all student organizations approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, to listen to various concerns and find appropriate solutions, as part of the consultation with the university’s various partners.
After welcoming the representatives of the various organizations, the university president stated that the doors of the university and faculties remain open to students to address all their concerns.
The president called on all student organizations, through permanent and continuous dialogue, to strongly engage in implementing the university’s vast work plan which aims to achieve the objectives of the ministry’s reform strategy. He then gave the floor to the organizations’ representatives to present all their educational, organizational and scientific concerns, particularly registration for a second bachelor’s and master’s degree, transfers, and other concerns.
After the vice presidents and deans responded to the various student concerns, the university president provided extensive clarification and explanation, concluding that everything done by the university administration is in the service of students and that such meetings will be an occasion to find concrete solutions.
He promised that all the concerns raised by student organizations will be discussed at the next council of deans.
